Support with my Kajabi platform

Hello, I’m looking to reduce the price of my existing membership subscriptions and need guidance on doing this correctly. My memberships are hosted on Kajabi, with payments processed through Stripe. I currently have both monthly and annual members. Specifically, I want to: Reduce the monthly membership price to $19.99 Reduce the annual membership price to a lower annual fee Importantly, I want this change to apply only from each member’s next renewal date, so the new price is automatically charged at renewal. My goals are to ensure that members: Do not have to cancel their subscription Do not have to re-subscribe or re-enter payment details Experience no interruption in access I also want to avoid creating duplicate subscriptions in Stripe. I attempted to manage this through Kajabi’s Contacts filters and bulk actions, but the filtering options don’t reliably isolate only active subscribers. I want to avoid accidentally granting paid offers to canceled members. Could you please advise the best way to update the subscription price for existing members so the new price applies at their next billing cycle without any action from the customer? If there’s a recommended workflow or tool inside Kajabi (for example, updating the Stripe subscription price or using an offer migration), I would appreciate step-by-step guidance.
