Standby Creative Designer for Premium CPG Brand

We’re looking for a standby creative designer to support a pre-launch beauty-meets-CPG brand with fast-turnaround branded assets.. We need someone we can call on when we need high-quality, visually sharp brand assets made quickly — especially for things like: Posters Business cards Flyers Event signage QR-based street campaign assets Simple print or digital brand support materials Occasional branded mockups or layout needs The brand has a strong point of view: premium, feminine, editorial, modern, and culturally sharp. Think beauty/fashion/world-building, not generic startup graphics. We want someone who can work within an existing visual direction and turn things around quickly, cleanly, and with taste. What we’re looking for: Strong taste level Fast turnaround and responsiveness Experience designing print-ready assets Ability to create clean, premium layouts with minimal direction Comfortable adapting to a defined brand world Detail-oriented with typography, spacing, and composition Available on an as-needed basiS Nice to have: Experience with beauty, fashion, wellness, or premium CPG brands Experience creating posters, campaign materials, or physical brand collateral Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Ability to mock up assets in a polished, brand-right way Project structure: This is not a full-time role. We’re looking for someone we can keep in our orbit as a go-to creative resource for quick-turn needs as the brand grows.
