Sensible | Remote | ~15 hrs/week | $3,500–$4,500/month The Role Sensible helps teams extract structured data from complex documents with LLM flexibility and deterministic guarantees. We aren't looking for a "media buyer" to manage a dashboard. We need a strategic Growth Operator to own the full paid funnel—from the first keyword bid to the moment a CTO or Head of Product books a demo. This is a low-volume, high-intent funnel where precision and technical literacy matter more than scale. What you’ll own You’ll work directly with the CEO and Sales Lead. We want someone who can move fast and take full responsibility for: Paid Strategy: Audit and rebuild our Google Ads. You’ll eliminate wasted spend and focus exclusively on keywords that correlate with actual revenue. You’ll also help build and iterate on retargeting to recapture high-intent visitors and move them toward trial and meetings. The Landing Page (Webflow): You’ll build and iterate on experimental pages yourself. You should be comfortable writing copy that resonates with technical buyers and adjusting layouts to improve conversion. The Mid-Funnel: Identify where trial users drop off. You’ll set up A/B tests and lightweight email flows (HubSpot) to nudge users toward a meeting. The Plumbing: Ensure tracking and attribution are actually working. You should be able to show a clear line from an ad click to a booked meeting. What we’re looking for 4–7 years in B2B SaaS Growth: Specifically for DevTools, APIs, or technical data infrastructure. Dev Persona Experience: You’ve successfully marketed to CTOs, Heads of Product, and Engineering Leaders. You know how to bypass the fluff and speak to their specific pain points. AI Fluency: We are an AI-forward company. An understanding of agentic automation and experience using LLMs and AI agents as default tools in your workflow is a big plus Full-Stack Execution: You can write the copy, build the Webflow page, and set up the tracking tags without needing to brief a designer or developer. Nice to have: Familiarity with AI search and GEO optimization Experience with retargeting or multi-channel paid acquisition Experience connecting marketing activity to pipeline (e.g., via HubSpot) Background in SEO or experience capturing high-intent organic queries Why this role?
