Operations & Delivery Lead — Remote Web Design Agency

About South Digital: We're a UK-based web design and development agency working with approximately 30 active clients across the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Our stack is primarily Webflow, with growing Framer work and legacy WordPress maintenance. We handle everything from full website builds to ongoing retainers and support. Our team is distributed across the UK, Nigeria and Pakistan, and we communicate with clients primarily through Slack. We use Asana internally for project management. About the Role: We're looking for someone to take full ownership of the delivery and operations side of the agency. You'll work directly alongside the founder, managing project delivery end-to-end so he can focus more on client acquisition and business growth. This is not a task-management role. We need someone who takes real ownership — someone who can manage client expectations, QA design and development work, keep projects on track, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across a busy multi-client agency. Responsibilities: Own project delivery across the full client base Manage day-to-day client communication (primarily via Slack) QA design and development work before it reaches clients Keep Asana organised and projects moving on schedule Coordinate with designers and developers across timezones Flag risks early, solve problems proactively Help improve and maintain operational processes Requirements: A good eye for design — you can tell when something doesn't look right Agency experience — you understand what it's like to manage multiple clients, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent written communication skills Highly organised and self-motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged Comfortable working asynchronously with a distributed team Reasonable overlap with UK business hours (GMT/BST) Nice to have: Experience with Asana Familiarity with Webflow, Framer & WordPress Background in web design or front-end development Experience working with international/distributed teams Compensation: Competitive salary depending on location and experience.
