We produce short social videos for LinkedIn and Facebook using a fixed visual system: warm, minimal, text-led motion graphics over domestic stock footage. No on-camera talent. No clinical imagery. No complex character animation. You are building the reusable system that all future videos run on. Every deliverable should be editable by a future editor using only your source files, with no creative direction needed. You are building five motion templates, three sample test videos, and all source files. Nothing below is optional. Templates (editable source files required for all) One Grey Zone Minute template. 30 to 40 second scripts. Square 1:1 format. Text-led, no voiceover required. Designed to swap text, stock footage, and pacing without rebuilding the structure. One STAT Anchor template. 80 to 90 second scripts. Delivered in both landscape 16:9 and square 1:1. Includes a motion section for a single data point or research stat that holds on screen for 4 to 5 seconds. One Caregiver Tool template. 60 to 90 second scripts. Square 1:1 format. Structured three-part flow: situation frame, numbered tool, next step. Each section swappable independently. One disclaimer end card. Holds for 4 seconds minimum. Legible at mobile size (375px wide). Static, not animated. Standard text will be provided. One thumbnail template. 1280 x 720 px. Static image. The text and background must be independent, editable layers. Test exports (one per motion template) Three exported sample videos, one per motion template, using placeholder scripts, AI voiceover from ElevenLabs, and sourced stock footage from Pexels, Pixabay, or Storyblocks. These prove the templates work before I begin production use. Source files All native project files in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere Pro. Organized folder structure. Named layers. No locked or merged elements. I must be able to hand these to a different editor in six months and have them understand the system without calling you. Style Calm, warm, minimal. Domestic settings only: kitchens, dining rooms, living spaces, families in conversation. No clinical imagery, no brain scans, no medical settings, no distressed or confused-looking subjects. Text-led storytelling. Motion supports the text, it does not replace it. Format requirements MP4, H.264, 1920x1080 minimum resolution. Square 1:1 (1080x1080) for all social formats. Landscape 16:9 (1920x1080) for the STAT Anchor only. Captions must be burned in or delivered as a separate SRT file, your choice, but one of the two is required on every exported video. Ownership All work is work-for-hire. Full ownership transfers to Mentage LLC on final payment. You retain no rights to use any Mentage deliverable in your portfolio without written permission. Raw source files are part of the contracted deliverable, not an optional add-on. Revisions Three revision rounds are included across the full kit. A revision is a change to text, pacing, color, or stock footage within the existing template structure. A revision does not include structural redesign of a template. Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of each draft delivery. What I provide Brand guidelines and color codes. Approved font reference. Placeholder script for each of the three motion templates (provided before production starts). Compliance notes covering words and visual styles that cannot appear in any Mentage video. Feedback within 48 hours of each draft delivery. What you provide Software and source files. Stock footage sourced from Pexels, Pixabay, or Storyblocks. ElevenLabs AI voiceover integration for the three test videos. Motion design and final exports. Organized, named source files ready for handoff.
