We're a Singapore-based insurtech company launching a new B2C digital product for travelers. We need a marketing executor to drive go-to-market from validation through launch. This is not a strategy role — we have the strategy. We need someone who can execute. What you'll do: Run marketplace tests (TikTok Shop / Shopee) — listing setup, ad management, conversion tracking Manage social ad spend (Instagram/TikTok) — start small (SGD 500-1.5K), scale based on signal Recruit and coordinate beta testers (~100 users) Build and manage an influencer pipeline (20-30 SG travel/lifestyle creators via TikTok Creator Marketplace + Meta Creator Marketplace) Execute influencer seeding at launch — product-in-hand, authentic content Manage paid amplification (SGD 5-15K/mo) — boost top-performing posts, optimize for conversion Compile weekly reports — conversion rate, CAC, referral rate, survey insights Must-have: Experience running social media campaigns in SG or MY market (Instagram + TikTok) Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager + TikTok Ads Data analysis — can track funnels, compile survey results, produce insights (not just numbers) Can work independently with weekly async check-ins Strong written English To apply, share: Brief intro — who you are, relevant experience 1-2 examples of campaigns you've executed in SG/MY (results, not just creative) Your availability (hours/week) and rate expectation
