Kajabi User need to develop a simple consultancy website for the construction industry.

Overview: I need a skilled Kajabi user to help me create a basic training / consultancy website, similar to the the aesthetic appeal of buildwithmarker.com, (but without the video). I'm a one man shop, and I suck at design. I would need you to set up these elements initially: landing page, intro, services and rates, free PDF's to harvest emails, and my history projects. Down the road, I'd like to add courses (but that's for another time). I think I prefer a clean, user-friendly platform with ample white space, catering specifically to construction professionals, but I'm open to suggestions. Responsibilities: Develop a website that reflects construction industry needs. Include key sections such as Introduction, Services and Pricing, Projects, Appointment Booking, and Free PDF Downloads. Ensure the site is user-friendly and visually appealing, with a focus on clean design. Implement email capture functionality for free PDF downloads.
