This platform is designed to cater to both individual users (players and parents) and organizational teams (admins). The project involves developing a comprehensive system with structured user roles, permissions, and scalable architecture, offering a seamless experience across B2C and B2B layers. Responsibilities Develop a hybrid mobile and web application integrating B2C (players and parents) and B2B (admin) functionalities. Design and implement structured user roles with appropriate permissions and access levels. Create interactive and engaging user interfaces, with a preference for incorporating Rive animations. Ensure scalability and performance optimization of the platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the system meets all specified requirements.
