We're hiring a Miami-based freelance digital marketing lead to work in-person alongside Linda, a fitness creator who runs a boutique studio in Miami, an on-demand streaming app ( on Vimeo OTT), and a bilingual English/Italian fitness community built around her LG Mindbody Sculpt method. The tech stack and content library already exist — Vimeo OTT, Mindbody with Attentive SMS, ClassPass, and an engaged 60k Instagram following. We need someone to connect these pieces into a functioning growth funnel, daily. What you'll own: Instagram content repurposing — taking Linda's footage and turning it into Reels, carousels, Stories, captions, and a consistent posting schedule SMS marketing via Attentive integrated with Mindbody — welcome flows, trial nudges, conversion campaigns Meta retargeting ads on a modest budget, optimized for free trial signups The full funnel: Instagram follower → SMS opt-in → free trial → paid subscriber Regular in-person collaboration with Linda at the Miami studio Who you are: 2–5 years digital marketing experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or DTC. Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and SMS platforms. You understand churn, LTV, and trial conversion — not just likes and followers. You can write copy that sounds like a real person. You're in Miami and available to meet/work in person regularly. Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month, 3-month trial with clear KPIs and monthly check-ins.
