Freelance Canva Designer (Meta Ads | 2-3 Month Contract)

The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled Canva Designer to handle Meta ad creative for our Med Spa clients while one of our lead designers is on a temporary leave of absence. This is an open-ended, project-based contract for approximately 2-3 months (roughly March 2026 to May 2026). Project Expectations: Role Type: Temporary Freelance (2-3 months). Pay: $35/hour. Scope: Static Meta Ad Graphics Volume: Variable. Some weeks are busy (roughly 10-15+ graphics/5-20 hrs), others are light. We are looking for a partner who is comfortable with a "flow" rather than a guaranteed hourly block. The Goal: We provide the brief; you deliver a 100% finished, error-proof product based on the assignment details. We handle the final green-light review, but the work should be client-ready based on our SOP/guidelines when you submit it. What We’re Looking For: Design Precision: A pixel-perfect eye for alignment, spacing, and typography. Canva Mastery: The ability to make/replicate our templated graphics using Canva. Reliability: Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive via Google Chat and Basecamp. Professionalism: Capable of delivering client-ready work with minimal internal oversight. Time Tracking & Scope: To ensure we are staying within scope for our clients, we require accurate time tracking. Based on our workflow, we expect assignments to follow this general breakdown: Initial Build: ~1 hour. Internal Review/Polishing: 5-10 minutes. Client Requested Edits: Up to 30 minutes. The First Two Weeks: Please note that the first two weeks of this partnership will be "heavy-touch." There will be a high level of involvement, detailed review, and consistent feedback to ensure you are fully calibrated to our brand standards and SOPs. Collaboration & Coordination: Tools: Work is managed in our Project Management tool (Basecamp), Google Chat and the company owned Canva account. Coordination Window: Our internal team is in-office and active from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Mon-Fri. To ensure fast turnaround and avoid project delays, our team only collaborates and answers questions during these hours. About Us: We are a small, family-owned marketing agency.
