About Mila Mila is building a new kind of support system for women across trying-to-conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum. Today, women are left piecing together answers across Google, apps, and brief doctor visits. Mila replaces that with one system — trusted, continuous guidance, with access to real experts when it matters. The Role We’re looking for a Founding Creator & Content Lead to build and run Mila’s presence on TikTok and Instagram. This is a hybrid role: You’ll create and post content yourself, while also building and managing a network of creators. You’ll work directly with the founders to figure out what content resonates, scale what works, and turn content into a repeatable growth engine. What You’ll Do Create, edit, and post short-form video content daily (Reels + TikTok) Source and recruit creators (UGC, influencers, healthcare voices) Manage and coordinate a small group of creators Write briefs and guide creators on content direction, hooks, and formats Identify high-performing content and double down on what works Build a repeatable system for content production and iteration Partner with our growth team to feed top content into paid channels Who You Are Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram) Strong content instincts — you know what makes people stop scrolling Experience working with or managing creators is a plus Highly organized and proactive Data-aware — you pay attention to what performs and why Self-directed and fast-moving Strong Plus You’re a mom (TTC, pregnant, or postpartum) You have a background in healthcare or women’s health (nurse, doula, midwife, lactation, pelvic floor, nutrition, etc.) Details $1,000–$2,000/month to start (with room to grow) Flexible, async — focused on outcomes Remote To Apply Share your TikTok and/or Instagram Include 2–3 examples of content you’ve created Tell us about any experience working with creators Briefly describe your background (especially if healthcare-related)
