Design Technologist for Luxury Real Estate Publication

Introduction: We're looking for a Design Technologist to own the design and front-end build of web pages for HAVEN, a luxury real estate publication. You'll work across homepage sections, article layouts, sales landing pages, and marketing pages — taking projects from concept to live page. Whether you prefer working in AI-assisted tools like Lovable and Cursor, hand-coding in React/TypeScript/Tailwind, or some mix of both, what matters most is a strong design eye and the ability to ship polished, production-quality pages. Back-end experience (APIs, CMS integration, data handling) is a plus and welcome but not required. Deliverables: Design and build homepage sections, article layouts, sales landing pages, and marketing pages with a high editorial standard Develop front-end components in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS — either directly or through AI-assisted tools like Lovable and Cursor Maintain and extend HAVEN's existing design system (typography, color palette, scroll animations, responsive layouts) Implement back-end functionality as needed (API integrations, CMS connections, dynamic content) Collaborate async with our team to ensure visual and functional consistency across pages Deliver pages optimized for performance, responsiveness, and usability
