We are seeking a candidate for a key project leadership role leading project controls operations for our Pacific Area, a portfolio of critical strategic importance for Meta's infrastructure growth. The Project Controls Lead will be a technical subject matter expert overseeing all cost controls & commercial deliveries on the program and across multiple General Contractors. This person will be a critical partner for the Delivery Team. Leadership, communication, and organization skills are important in this highly collaborative, analytical, and strategic role. This position will work closely within the DEC (Design, Engineering and Construction) Business Controls team and various internal departments including Site Project Management teams, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing and Operations Engineering.ResponsibilitiesTechnical lead in Cost Controls, including budget management, forecasting, change management diligence / Owner Change Order quality, invoice review, accruals, and risk facilitation* Analyze and communicate the projects Project Controls Health (financial, change, and risk) to project and DEC leadership* Identify project commercial risk mitigation opportunities in collaboration with the Schedule Lead, Delivery team, and XFN partners, and
