YouTube Video Editor (Travel Brand | Long-Form + Shorts)

I’m a travel advisor building a YouTube channel focused on honeymoons, destination weddings, cruises, and luxury all-inclusive vacations. I’m looking for a YouTube video editor who can take my raw video clips + occasional script guidance and turn them into polished, engaging videos on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and content that keeps viewers watching. Scope of work includes: Edit long-form YouTube videos (talking head + travel content) Add captions/subtitles for engagement Incorporate b-roll, stock footage, or clips to enhance storytelling Add music, transitions, and light graphics Create strong hooks and smooth pacing (retention-focused editing) Optional: repurpose content into YouTube Shorts My goal: Create consistent, high-quality videos that build trust, authority, and drive travel inquiries. This is a light monthly retainer. Scope will be adjusted accordingly and may not require full-time hours. Open to discussing a smaller workload aligned with budget.
