Job Description I need a creative Webflow designer to take an existing, content-complete consultancy website and elevate the design, typography, layout, and interaction quality to match the level of the reference sites below. This is not a build from scratch. The site is live. All pages exist. All copy is written. The structure is set. What's missing is the design craft - the spacing, motion, typography refinement, scroll behaviour, and responsive polish that separates a functional site from one that feels expensive and exclusive. The site: Pages: ~7 (homepage, 4 service pages, contact, plus supporting sections) Palette: Monochrome - colour accents considered Reference sites (the target standard):  - clean, confident, elegant. Notice the scroll behaviour, the logo marquee, the generous whitespace, the way typography does the heavy lifting.  - bold, modern, premium feel. Notice the horizontal scrolling showcase, the motion design, the scale of the typography, and the overall sense of exclusivity. What I need you to do: Rework layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all pages to feel premium and intentional Introduce subtle, purposeful animation and scroll-triggered interactions (parallax, fade-ins, reveals - tasteful, not intrusive not gimmicky, subtle) -Refine typography treatment - scale, weight, spacing, rhythm -Elevate the existing website to feel as polished as the references -Ensure every page feels cohesive and considered -Make it look equally powerful on desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints -Leave a clean placeholder for a professional headshot (being photographed next week) -Set up the visual templates for a blog What you don't need to do: -Write or rewrite any copy -Change the page structure or navigation -Create new pages -Source imagery or assets (beyond what's already on the site) About the business: Threshold is an independent marketing consultancy serving founders and senior leaders. The audience is commercially sophisticated:- CEOs, founders, PE-backed leadership. The site needs to signal senior credibility, not agency creativity. Think private counsel, not creative studio.
