About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Product or UX/UI Designer with a strong user-centric mindset who understands how businesses and users actually work. Someone who can analyze workflows, uncover pain points, and translate them into intuitive product experiences. If you have: 5+ years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer, ideally in an agile product development environment Strong user-centric mindset and deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points Strong proficiency in UX and UI design for B2B SaaS or enterprise-level products, solutions, and services Experience with end-to-end product design, from user research and conceptualization to high-fidelity prototyping and testing Ability to translate complex processes and requirements into clear UX artifacts (user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes) Ability to actively participate in product discovery workshops and problem-framing sessions Excellent written a
