UX/UI Designer for AI-Assisted Design Workflows

Create Ape is a digital product and design agency seeking a talented UX/UI designer to support fractional design work across web, desktop, mobile, and application projects. You'll work directly with our leadership team on high-impact client deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you'll do: Design user experiences and interfaces across multiple platforms using Figma as your primary tool. Collaborate with our team through ClickUp and Slack. Iterate on designs using AI-assisted workflows and design exploration tools. What we're looking for: You're a skilled UX/UI designer comfortable working across web, desktop, mobile, and application design. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver quality work independently. You're fluent in Figma and comfortable with ClickUp and Slack. You're experienced using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas and build effective prompts. You're familiar with Claude Code and design MCP tools including Pencil, Paper, and Figma MCP for design iteration and exploration. You have availability for three to four hours per day during Pacific Standard Time business hours, with potential to scale.
