We build high-performance websites for B2B SaaS and tech companies. Our clients are growth marketing teams at funded startups and scale-ups who need websites that convert - not just look pretty. We’re a small, senior team that values quality over quantity. No micromanagement, no unnecessary meetings - just good work with good people. What you’ll do You’ll own the design side of client projects - we provide the briefing, you deliver handoff-ready Figma files that our developers can build without guesswork. That includes: Designing responsive website layouts for B2B SaaS and tech companies Building and maintaining design systems in Figma - with proper components, design tokens, and documented styles Creating style guides and ensuring every design aligns to a defined grid system Producing product mockups, dashboard illustrations, and software abstractions - the kind of visual assets SaaS websites need to communicate complex products simply Generating on-brand AI images and illustrations using tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar - to create high-quality visual assets efficiently Reading yourself into project briefings quickly and staying on track throughout the project Must-haves (non-negotiable) If you don’t meet all of these, please don’t apply. We won’t be able to respond. 3+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience - Senior-level proficiency. You’ve designed for SaaS, tech, or AI companies and understand the space. Structured Figma workflow - Design tokens, components, auto layout, styles, grids - this isn’t optional, it’s how you work by default. Your files are clean enough that a developer can build from them without a single “what did you mean here?” message. Developer-friendly design - You don’t just make things look good. You design with implementation in mind. You understand how websites are actually built and you deliver designs that are precise, consistent, and buildable. Fluent English - Business-fluent, both written and verbal. Our clients and team communicate in English. Self-directed and structured - You can take a briefing, internalize it, and run with it. You stay focused on the project’s red thread without drifting. You flag blockers early, not on delivery day. Big bonus points AI-first design workflow - You use AI tools as part of your process, not as a gimmick. Experience with prompting design systems, Figma MCP, generating on-brand illustrations, product mockups, and visual assets using AI. You’re not afraid of AI - you’re already working with it daily. Experience in the B2B SaaS / AI / tech space -You know what a good SaaS website looks like because you’ve designed them before. Timezone overlap with CET ±2 hours - Not a dealbreaker, but it makes async collaboration smoother.
