Overview As a Training and Development Specialist (TDS), you are responsible for contributing to and participating in the creation, curation, and delivery of adult learning programs for Rithum. In this role you utilize internal knowledge resources to develop a curriculum that reflects best practices and technical detail and organizes training activities to deliver and maintain appropriate content across multiple mediums. You demonstrate familiarity with instructional methods, content organization, and skills development, and leverage these skills to ensure knowledge acquisition, application, and retention.
