This role involves defining content strategies, creating videos with an eye for retention and virality, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. What you’ll deliver: Define a comprehensive content strategy for TikTok. Create videos designed to enhance retention and encourage virality. Strategically adapt trends for content creation. Analyze performance results and optimize strategies on a weekly basis. Requirements: Proven experience with TikTok (practical, not theoretical). Strong analytical skills combined with creativity. Ability to explain the reasons behind successful content. A portfolio showcasing previous work. Huge Plus: Experience with cultural, creative, or storytelling-focused accounts.
