This role owns full life-cycle recruiting for technical and technology-adjacent roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build teams that turn ambitious AI strategy into real-world solutions—inside a highly regulated environment where quality and judgment matter. You’ll bring sharp technical recruiting instincts, fluency in modern recruiting and AI-enabled tools, and strong market insight to hire the talent that will shape what Claritev builds next.
