Senior UI/UX Designer — Full-Time | EST Time Zone

About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled, detail-obsessed Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time. You'll be working closely with our creative team on creating designs for our clients, who are some of the fastest growing Tech and AI companies in the world. In this role, you'll split your time between hands-on design execution and contributing to the management and direction of our designers team. This is a full-time role (5 days/week) aligned with the EST time zone. We move fast, care deeply about quality, and expect strong ownership. Our budget is $3,000 - $6,000/mo. Responsibilities High-quality UI/UX designs Create intuitive product UI flows and user experiences Maintain visual consistency across projects Participate in managing and reviewing the work of junior and mid-level designers Collaborate on team workflows and contribute to design process improvements Manage and track design tasks and tickets in Jira Mandatory Skills Excellent Figma knowledge — this is a core requirement UI/UX design (layout, composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy) Visual storytelling sensibility — understanding how to guide a viewer's eye and communicate a narrative through static visuals Storyboarding and styleframe creation Brand identity design and ability to work within existing brand kits Strong sense of composition and visual balance Ability to translate creative direction and feedback into polished designs Proficiency in Jira for task and ticket management Nice-to-Have Tools Adobe Illustrator — vector work, logo design, asset creation Cinema 4D (huge plus but non-essential) Blender (also huge plus) Adobe Photoshop Requirements Available full-time (Monday–Friday) Able to work US time zone hours Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX case studies Prior experience mentoring or supporting a design team
