About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to source, win the work, and grow high-value client partnerships. This is a revenue-carrying, sales-forward role with full ownership of pipeline, quota, and new business outcomes—you are expected to generate opportunities, move deals forward, and win new business. You will prospect marketing, brand, and creative leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies, lead discovery and pitch conversations, and partner with Creative Directors and Strategists to shape proposals. The focus is building relationships that grow over time—from initial projects to longer-term partnerships. You come from a creative agency environment and are fluent in how creative work gets made—from strategy and concepting through production and delivery. You can confidently guide conversations with CMOs, Heads of Brand, and Marketing leaders, and connect creative work to business outcomes. You’ll work across SketchDeck, Markacy, Futureman, and 24 Seven to deliver integrated creative solutions and unlock larger, more strategic opportunities. This role reports to the SVP, Client Services . What You’ll Do: Business Development & Growth Own your pipeline end-to-end—from prospecting through close and expansion Build pipeline through outbound efforts; you generate your own opportunities Identify and engage key decision-makers across marketing, brand, and creative teams Lead discovery and pitch conversations to win the work Advance opportunities with clarity, urgency, and strong follow-through Grow accounts by identifying opportunities across teams, regions, and workstreams Expand engagements into more integrated, long-term partnerships Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly forecasts Partner with Markacy, Futureman, and 24 Seven to co-sell and expand opportunities Strategic Creative Partnership Lead consultative conversations that connect business challenges to creative solutions Guide clients through the full creative process—from brief and positioning through execution and delivery Build and deliver proposals and pitch narratives with Creative Directors and Strategists Position SketchDeck as a strategic creative partner , not just a delivery team Clearly articulate how creative work—branding, campaigns, digital experiences, and content—drives measurable impact Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Directors, and Operations to scope work accurately from the start Hand off cleanly to delivery with clear briefs and aligned expectations Bring market and client insights back to inform offering development Align with Operations early on resourcing and timelines to keep ambition feasible What Success Looks Like: Full-cycle opportunity ownership You own opportunities from outreach through close—carrying defined revenu
