Senior Full-Stack Developer — $12K Boutique Client Portal Build (Copilot + Zoom SDK + AI Automation)

Company Overview: Paradigm is a boutique education consulting and executive coaching firm based in Miami, led by an Ed.D. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard-trained organizational psychologist. We manage 30–50 high-value client families per quarter across college admissions, graduate school strategy, and long-term student development. Our entire model is built on high-touch, white-glove service — frequent Zoom sessions (~100/month), detailed progress reporting, and a level of personalization that most firms in this space cannot deliver. We are now building the infrastructure to match. The Project: We have a complete front-end design concept (generated via Claude AI) and a $12,000 fixed engagement budget for the initial build, scoped to clear milestone-based deliverables. We are looking for an expert full-stack developer to implement what we call a "Super Individual" system — a technology stack that allows a single practitioner to operate at the service level of a 10-person team by automating documentation, reporting, and client communication while preserving the personal, human-centered experience our families expect. Key Deliverables: Custom Client Portal () Implementation of our Claude-designed UI/CSS onto the platform. This is the client-facing hub — families will access session summaries, progress reports, documents, invoices, and scheduling through a branded, editorial-quality interface. Embedded Zoom Integration (Meeting SDK) Full integration of the Zoom Meeting SDK into the portal so clients join sessions natively within the platform. Must be configured to allow Fathom AI to successfully record, transcribe, and generate session summaries from within the embedded environment. Security scopes and permissions must be handled correctly. AI Reporting Engine () A complex multi-step automation that ingests 100+ Fathom session reports per month, summarizes them using the Claude API (or OpenAI as fallback), formats them into client-ready progress updates, and posts them to the correct client profile within the portal — automatically, with no manual intervention. Billing & Onboarding Automation Automated Stripe or Square invoicing tied to engagement milestones, new client onboarding flows, and document collection (integrated with the intake system on our website). Technical Requirements: • Deep expertise in API/webhook architecture and (strongly preferred over Zapier at this volume) • Proven experience with the Zoom Meeting SDK, including security scopes, OAuth, and embedded meeting configuration • Ability to translate AI-generated design assets into pixel-perfect, responsive web components • Familiarity with 's customization layer • Experience working with LLM APIs (Claude/Anthropic or OpenAI) for structured summarization tasks • Clean, documented code and clear communication throughout the build Engagement Structure: Fixed $12,000 budget, paid against 3–4 milestone deliverables (scoped collaboratively before work begins). Timeline target: 6–8 weeks. Potential for ongoing retainer for maintenance, iteration, and feature development. About You: You are not a generalist. You have built automation-heavy systems before, you understand API orchestration at scale, and you can take a design file and turn it into something that feels like it belongs on a luxury brand's website. You are comfortable working directly with a non-technical founder who knows exactly what she wants and communicates clearly.
