Product Designer for B2B SaaS Logistics Platform

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Product Designer to help redesign a two-sided logistics marketplace used by automotive dealerships and vehicle transport carriers. This is a ground-up product rebuild of an existing SaaS platform. The system includes a web application used by dealerships and logistics carriers, as well as a mobile experience used by drivers in the field. The goal of this engagement is to modernize the platform’s user experience, simplify complex logistics workflows, and create a scalable design foundation for future development. You will work closely with our product and engineering team to translate operational workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces across both web and mobile. What You’ll Work On Redesign the core product experience for a two-sided logistics marketplace. Design a modern web SaaS interface used by automotive dealerships and transport carriers. Design a streamlined mobile experience for drivers managing vehicle transport jobs. Map and simplify complex logistics workflows including job creation, dispatching, tracking, and communication. Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for key product areas. Create reusable design components and patterns to support scalable product development. Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure designs are practical to implement.
