Product Design Partner for wellness web app (ongoing)

I'm building a wellness web app. It's live, it has users, and the engineering side ships daily. What's missing is a design partner who works the same way. Sometimes I need an hour, sometimes a full day of deeper work. The product direction is still being figured out, and I need someone comfortable with that, someone who can be a sounding board as much as a maker. What the work looks like: Product design for a Next.js web app. Refining layouts, building new flows, evolving the interaction design as we learn what works. There are existing Figma files for both web and mobile. The logo and brand need refinement. The most interesting upcoming work is an interactive lesson format that doesn't exist anywhere else in wellness apps. What I'm looking for: Ideally one person with strong taste and excellent execution. Ships real product, not concepts. Makes decisions rather than waiting for them. Has opinions about how things should work, not just how they look. Ideally has founding or lead design experience, the kind of person who's built something from early stage and knows what that pace feels like. What this isn't: Not looking for an agency. Not looking for someone who needs a detailed spec before they can start. Not a fixed-scope engagement.
