Podcast Video Editor for Weekly Projects with PA Media

About the role: PA Media is looking for a reliable and skilled podcast video editor for ongoing weekly work. I run a podcast and content studio in the UK, and this role will involve editing multi-camera podcast episodes and creating high-quality social media clips on a consistent basis. Projects are managed via Blackmagic Cloud, so experience with DaVinci Resolve is essential. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, and workload and hours will be increased as the business grows. What you’ll be doing: Editing multi-camera podcast episodes (2–5 cameras) Syncing and cleaning audio for a professional finish Creating engaging short-form clips (Reels/TikTok) Adding subtitles to clips Basic colour grading (clean, natural look) Collaborating via Blackmagic Cloud Delivering work consistently each week What I’m looking for: Strong experience editing podcasts (please include examples) Good pacing and attention to detail (no dead air, clean cuts) Reliable communication and turnaround times Comfortable working with a structured workflow Bonus: light motion graphics / captions styling Weekly workload: ~2 podcast episodes per week ~10 short-form clips
