Part-Time Social Media Manager

Social Media Assistant — Short-Form Video Editing & Content Publishing I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and content creator with a growing platform. I'm looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant who can execute consistently, work independently, and take real ownership of the content pipeline. This is approximately 10 hours per week. I'm open to hourly or a flat monthly rate. What you'll be doing: — Editing short-form videos: captions, cuts, music, hooks, keyword overlays — Formatting and publishing graphic carousels — Writing SEO-driven captions in my voice using a provided workflow and AI tools — Scheduling and posting across TikTok and Instagram on a daily cadence — Reposting in-feed content to IG and TikTok Stories — Brief comment replies using short phrases I provide — pre and post-publish external engagement What I'm looking for: — Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) — Experience writing SEO optimized captions in someone else's voice — Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) for caption generation — Organized, proactive, and able to manage a high-volume content schedule without hand-holding — Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and Substack posting best practices — Able to build editing templates from scratch during onboarding inspired by my brand guide To apply: Please review my content on TikTok and IG as well as my website to gain an understanding of my work.
