Part-Time Podcast Outreach Coordinator

Overview: I am a keynote speaker and author with a TEDx talk that has over 400,000 views, preparing to launch a business book in July 2026. I am seeking a part-time podcast outreach coordinator to assist with researching target shows, personalizing and sending pitch emails using approved templates, managing follow-ups, and coordinating scheduling. This role requires approximately 5-10 hours per month from April through August. Deliverables: Research and identify suitable podcast shows for outreach. Customize and send pitch emails from approved templates. Manage follow-up communications and maintain scheduling. Collaborate on creating and maintaining a target show list. Keep a simple pipeline tracker updated. Requirements: Experience in media outreach, podcast booking, or PR coordination. Ability to describe shows or media you have helped book.
