About the Opportunity: The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the People & Operations team. Reporting to the Associate VP of Operations, this role supports talent acquisition, financial processes, and IT systems. The position is essential for maintaining organizational efficiency, managing shifting priorities, and supporting critical operational functions as the organization scales. 3. Responsibilities: • Maintain and coordinate applicant tracking system (ATS) to support hiring processes • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout recruitment • Manage onboarding logistics, including scheduling and system setups for new hires • Maintain an evergreen talent pipeline by organizing and revisiting candidate records • Execute and track financial transfers, including Fellow stipends and vendor payments • Assist Program Managers with stipend management and communications to Fellows • Support expense tracking by ensuring accurate receipt submission and follow-up • Organize financial documentation and trackers for clarity and accuracy • Optimize Google Workspace Admin and other core systems for scalability and security • Manage user account setups, access, and permissions across platforms • Maintain system organization, including file structures and internal documentation • Provide internal technical support and troubleshoot issues promptly • Identify and implement security improvements • Assist with urgent, organization-wide operational priorities as needed 4. Requirements: • Experience managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment coordination • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with financial operations, including expense tracking and payments • Proficiency with Google Workspace administration and IT system management • Excellent communication skills, particularly in candidate and team interactions • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support team members effectively 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
