Lead UI/UX Designer — Full-Time | EST Time Zone About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled, detail-obsessed Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time. You'll be working closely with our creative team on creating designs for our clients, who are some of the fastest growing Tech and AI companies in the world. In this role, you'll primarily focus on the management and direction of our designers team, while maintaining a strong connection to design execution and quality standards. This is a full-time role (5 days/week) aligned with the EST time zone. We move fast, care deeply about quality, and expect strong ownership. Our budget is $3,000 - $6,000/mo. Responsibilities Lead and manage the designers team, overseeing task assignment, design reviews, and team output Own and manage the team's workflow through Jira — including ticket creation, prioritization, and progress tracking Set and uphold quality and consistency standards across all projects Create and contribute to high-quality UI/UX designs as needed Translate creative direction and client feedback into actionable guidance for the team Maintain visual consistency across projects Mandatory Skills Excellent Figma knowledge — this is a core requirement Proven experience leading or managing a design team UI/UX design (layout, composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy) Visual storytelling sensibility — understanding how to guide a viewer's eye and communicate a narrative through static visuals Storyboarding and styleframe creation Brand identity design and ability to work within existing brand kits Strong sense of composition and visual balance Strong proficiency in Jira for team task and project management Nice-to-Have Tools Adobe Illustrator — vector work, logo design, asset creation Cinema 4D (huge plus but non-essential) Blender (also huge plus) Adobe Photoshop Requirements Available full-time (Monday–Friday) Able to work US time zone hours Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX case studies and leadership experience
