We are currently looking for a skilled freelance video editor with proven experience creating high-performing UGC ads and Meta ads. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of direct-response advertising and knows how to craft scroll-stopping content that converts. Responsibilities Edit raw UGC footage into polished, platform-optimized ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other paid social channels Create multiple ad variations (hooks, CTAs, formats) for A/B testing Add motion graphics, captions, text overlays, and sound design as needed Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to align on brand voice and campaign objectives Deliver edits within agreed-upon timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality Requirements Demonstrated experience editing UGC-style ads and paid social content Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven video ads (please include examples of Meta/TikTok ads you've edited) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics is a plus Working knowledge of CapCut or similar tools for short-form content Understanding of ad creative best practices, including platform specs, aspect ratios, and pacing for paid media Ability to turn around edits within 24–48 hours and manage multiple projects simultaneously To Apply Please submit your portfolio or reel with specific examples of UGC and/or performance ad work.
