The Role We are seeking a high-caliber Brand and Campaign Strategist for a high-velocity, 90-day engagement to launch a premium, integrated consumer ecosystem across the North American market. The core challenge of this project isn't generating consumer interest, but driving consumer understanding , shifting the market's mindset from buying standalone products to investing in a unified, intelligent system. You will act as the narrative spine of the campaign , defining the core audiences and the messaging hierarchy to lock in the strategic foundation before moving into heavy production The Scope of Work The primary focus is : Strategy and Creative Direction. Key Responsibilities: Narrative Framework: Translate complex technical advantages into an emotionally compelling "home that thinks" narrative. Targeting and Personas: Develop strategic messaging for diverse audiences, ranging from early adopters seeking ecosystem integration to resilience planners focused on energy security. Creative Territories: Define and refine creative directions (such as technical precision or calm, automated competence) that will dictate the visual language for the entire campaign. Brand Architecture: Audit and map how the campaign sub-brand fits within a larger parent brand framework. Messaging Toolkit: Deliver a full hierarchy of copy, including taglines, headlines, body copy, and channel-specific messaging for social, email, and web. Strategic Planning: Create a Channel and Deliverable Planning Matrix to map assets across funnel stages and specific personas. Project Timeline and Deliverables This is a 6-week intensive strategic phase followed by a handoff to design and production teams. Weeks 1 to 3: Strategic alignment, research, narrative framework, and creative territory selection. Qualifications Systems Thinker: You do not just sell products; you sell ecosystems. You can articulate the invisible intelligence of a complex system. Market-Agnostic Strategist: While this phase focuses on North America, you have the vision to set a foundation that can later adapt to international markets. High-Velocity Expert: You thrive in sprint environments and can deliver a first-wave launch kit that is deployable from day one.
