Framer Developer — Marketing Landing Page

We need a skilled Framer developer to build our marketing landing page from a polished HTML mockup and detailed design spec. The design is done. The copy is done. The brand guide is done. You're building, not designing. What's in scope A single landing page with 9 sections: Fixed navigation (dark, backdrop blur) Hero — dark background, 2-column layout with animated card on the right Stats strip — 4 key metrics How It Works — 3-step grid Before & After — side-by-side comparison with time breakdown Ordinance coverage — list of Peninsula municipalities Testimonials — 3 arborist quotes Pricing — 3-tier cards CTA + Footer — dark, with spots progress indicator Fully responsive: desktop (1440px), tablet (1024px), mobile (375px). The one hard part The hero card requires a Framer Code Component (React). It animates through 3 states: Data entry fields AI typewriter effect (text types out character by character) Report preview with animated line reveals The full JavaScript logic is already written in the HTML mockup. You're translating it into a Framer Code Component — not writing it from scratch. Everything else on the page is standard Framer visual editor work.
