Fractional Creative & Growth Marketing Specialist SabaiHealth | Remote | 2–4 hours/day About Us SabaiHealth is an AI health-tech startup building GeniusCare — a free AI health assistant that runs on LINE, WhatsApp, and Telegram. We want to be your care companion for life. No app download, no paywall. Users tap a link and start chatting about their health. We're live in Thailand with ~2,000 users and scaling aggressively to 30,000+ over the next 90 days. We're looking for a fractional creative resource who sits at the intersection of visual storytelling, marketing automation, and growth. This isn't a pure design role — you'll be making things that drive user behaviour, not just look good. What You'll Do Short-Form Video Production • Create 2–4 short videos per week (30–90 seconds) showcasing GeniusCare use cases, product demos, and health tips • Formats: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LINE VOOM • Examples: "My child has a fever at 2am — here's what I asked Sabai" / "I uploaded my blood test — here's what Sabai told me" • You own the full pipeline: scripting, designing/editing (screen recordings, motion graphics, talking head — whatever works), captioning, and publishing-ready output SEO Automation & AI Agents • Build and manage AI-powered agents/workflows that automate our SEO content pipeline — keyword research, article drafting, meta tag generation, internal linking suggestions • Tools you might use: Claude, GPT, Make/Zapier, Surfer SEO, programmatic content workflows • Goal: produce 10–15 SEO-optimised health articles per month at scale, with human review as the quality gate • You don't need to be an SEO expert — you need to be good at building systems that make SEO scalable and work with the expert we have Social Media Creatives & Behavioural Campaigns • Design ongoing social media assets: carousels, static posts, story templates, poll/quiz formats • Build creatives for behaviour-driven campaigns: onboarding nudges, re-engagement prompts, referral incentives, health challenge visuals • Create tracking-oriented assets: QR code cards, UTM-tagged campaign visuals, A/B test variants for paid ads • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs (we have brand guidelines — Sabai Green, warm/caring tone, EQ-first positioning) What We're Looking For • Strong portfolio showing short-form video work AND static/social design — we need both, not one or the other • Hands-on experience building AI automations or agents (Make, Zapier, n8n, custom GPTs, or similar) — show us what you've built • Comfortable working in a health/wellness context — you understand that health content needs to be credible, not clickbait • Self-directed and fast — this is a startup, not an agency. You'll get a brief, not a 20-page creative deck • Bonus: experience with LINE marketing, Thai market, or health-tech Tools We Use PostHog (analytics), Trello (project management), Canva/Figma (design), Google Workspace. Open to your preferred video editing and automation tools.
