This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for a freelance writer to help shape the voice of Grace Meadow—a luxury, faith-rooted wellness retreat currently in development. This phase is not about selling, but about building a sense of place and anticipation over time. Email will be one of our primary channels, but it should feel more like a journal or a letter than a campaign. We’re looking for someone who can write with restraint, clarity, and emotional depth. Someone who can observe behind-the-scenes moments—land, design, materials, and progress—and translate them into something people can feel. Scope: 1–2 emails per month Ongoing freelance engagement Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time This is: Editorial storytelling Narrative development Writing that feels intentional and grounded This is not: Promotional email marketing Conversion-focused copywriting To apply, please share: 2–3 writing samples A short note on how you approach storytelling for something that doesn’t fully exist yet (Optional) Write 200–300 words in response to: “A place is being built, but no one has experienced it yet.” Growth While this role is starting as a freelance engagement, we’re open to it evolving into something more substantial over time for the right person.
