About ShiftWorks ShiftWorks trains business teams on AI productivity. We run one thing: a 90-minute workshop that gets whole teams on the same page with AI — practical skills, same day results. We're building a small bench of facilitators to deliver workshops as we grow. The opportunity This is a ground-floor role at a company that's just getting started. You won't just be delivering a script — you'll be one of the first people outside the founder to represent ShiftWorks in a room. As we scale, the people who show up early and do it well are the ones who grow with us. Right now it's $100/workshop, flexible hours, no set schedule. But if you're good and you're hungry, there's a real path here. What you'd actually do Deliver our 90-minute AI Productivity Workshop to business teams over Zoom. Full materials provided — slide deck, facilitator guide, run-of-show, speaker notes, everything. You show up prepared, run the session, and make the audience feel like they got their money's worth. We're looking for someone who: Gets genuinely excited about AI and what it's doing to the way people work Loves explaining things clearly and watching it click for people Wants to be part of something early and help shape how it grows Is reliable, communicative, and takes ownership Experience isn't the bar — fit is. If you've never facilitated a workshop before but you'd crush it, we want to hear from you. If you've run a hundred workshops but don't actually care about AI, you're probably not our person.
