We’re building a media + product ecosystem around robots, AI, gadgets, and the future of consumer technology. This is not a traditional SMM role and not a content creation role. You will not edit videos. This is a fast, execution role for someone who lives online and understands what grabs attention. You’re not a “manager”,  you’re an attention operator. You naturally spend time on X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and you instantly feel what’s interesting, weird, or about to go viral in tech and gadgets industry. You think in hooks, headlines, and shareability. You move fast, don’t overthink, and actually enjoy the process of finding and launching content daily. Your core job is to hunt for viral content every day — videos, clips, posts, anything related to robotics, AI, gadgets, consumer tech, and generally mind-blowing or slightly crazy future stuff. You’re constantly scanning platforms and selecting what has real potential to perform right now. Then you package it. You take raw content and turn it into something people want to click, watch, and send to a friend. You write hooks (the first line that makes or breaks everything), captions, and define the angle. You’re not writing essays.  After that, you organize everything in Notion or anywhere else: links, videos, ideas, and your captions. You prepare clear tasks for the content/visuals maker,  what content to use, what the message is, what the hook should feel like. You are not editing anything yourself, but you are responsible for giving such a clear direction that the editor can execute fast and correctly. Once the video editor sends the final content back, you take over again and publish everything across Instagram, TikTok, and X, adapting captions slightly per platform if needed. You own the posting. You make sure content actually goes live consistently. Then you track performance. You look at views, shares, saves, and you start to feel what works and what doesn’t. You don’t overcomplicate analytics, but you build intuition — this worked, this didn’t, we need more of this, less of that. Over time, you develop a sharp sense of virality. This is a part-time role (~3-4 hours per day), flexible schedule (morning or evening), but consistency is key. We need someone who shows up every day and keeps the engine running. You’re a great fit if you already spend hours on these platforms, often catch yourself thinking “why did this go viral?”, write quickly and naturally, and enjoy speed, volume, and momentum. You’re not a fit if you want to edit videos yourself, need constant guidance, move slowly, or prefer “strategy” over execution. Success in this role looks like a consistent daily flow of content, multiple posts going out regularly, early viral hits within a few weeks, and steady growth in views and audience. This is not about “posting content.” This is about capturing attention at scale in robotics, AI, and consumer tech. If you read this and think “I already do this every day for free” — we should talk.
