The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves creating and delivering training programs, mentoring the sales team, and optimizing sales processes to ensure exceptional performance. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and creating revenue-generating strategies - Strong background in Sales Management and Team Management, with the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team - Experience in designing and delivering effective Training for sales teams - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new market opportunities - Understanding of healthcare and AI technology markets is a plus - Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
