AI Operations Lead (2IC) to Fractional CAIO

The role You are the primary technical executor for a Fractional Chief AI officer operating across multiple client businesses. This is not a support role. You operate independently, move fast, and maintain an obsessive standard for quality, security, and documentation. What You Will Own Workflow automation across the full lifecycle: scope, map, build, test, error handling, documentation. GoHighLevel agency administration, including snapshot builds, workflows, campaigns, community management, and Marketplace apps. Notion workspace architecture, template creation, AI agent integration, and admin management. Prompt engineering for production LLM workflows. Custom code and application development using Cursor and Claude Code. API integration, OAuth 2.0 configuration, MCP connectors, and webhook setup. Security and privacy standards across all client environments. Tools, Integrations, and APIs You Must Know GHL, n8n, , Zapier, Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Claude Code, Cursor, Slack, Xero, Shopify, Twilio, Framer, Azure, Meta, ActiveCampaign, Plaud AI, Linear, 1Password, Zoom. You Are Autonomous, accountable, and systematic. A documenter by default, not by request. Proficient across every tool listed above.
