You won't be building in the dark. You'll be building on solid ground. The Role You'll be the technical architect of our AI employee system — a suite of named AI agents that handle recruiting, intake, screening, matching, coordination, verification, intelligence, and analytics. You're not just setting up automations — you're building the operating system our human coordinators run on.
